The quality of services and products as well as a responsible approach to the environment is of decisive importance at the DRP Group. The materials we produce are used successfully in many industries, including in the automotive, electrical engineering, household appliances industry, furniture industry, agriculture and horticulture, construction, packaging and footwear industries. We have also proved that the companies cooperating with us can effectively manage the waste generated in the course of their operations.
The highest quality of services provided by our company has been confirmed by numerous certificates. In 2004, we implemented the ISO 9001: 2008 standard, the validity of which is confirmed by regular external audits. This style of effective quality management allows not only to eliminate errors in the production process, but above all to avoid them.
Laboratory facilities
Meeting all the above-mentioned examples of quality would not be possible without properly organized and equipped laboratory facilities. It is it that allows us to analyze and control materials on an ongoing basis, which are used to continuously improve the quality of our products and services. In addition to basic tests related to the properties of plastics from the processing side, we also verify materials for compliance with European Union regulations, such as Directive 2011/65/11 / EU (RoHS) or compliance with REACH.
At the customer’s request, each delivery may be supplemented with the following information materials:
- Inspection Certificate 3.1 (DIN EN 10204)
- Technical sheet (TDS)
- The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Processing Guidelines
- Declaration of RoHS and REACH compliance.
